Vintage Nightgowns at Ledbelly

Today, I would like to share my obsession for vintage nightgowns.  This fetish began when I was searching for a lacy 1930's dress on eBay.  I came across a pajama I used to wear as a child and remembered buying my first silky slip in college.  I loved sleeping in that sexy style but eventually found myself wearing t-shirts and warm-ups due to house guests.  I finally came to realize that I could wear robes over my precious nightgowns but these robes had to be short sleeved so I can do house chores like wash dishes and still feel comfortable throughout the night.
I've always felt glamorous and gorgeous in nightgowns and love the thought of other women feeling just the same.  We are super excited to carry vintage nightgowns in our shop since they are no longer made with soft and silky materials.  We will carry a variety of brands between the 1900's to the early 1970's and invite you to follow us as we post our collection throughout the next several weeks.

Our inspiration begins here:

Great Post!! The type of nightgowns that a woman selects during pregnancy should be quite a bit different than the one she chooses for her wedding night.

:) Thank you! It's crazy to think that in only 6 months a whole lot has changed. I see you have a sleepwear store. Hope all is well!

Sincerely,
