At Ledbelly, we recently posted a variety of vintage wedding jewelry. We are happy to specialize in pieces that can be reused or recycled for brides and bridesmaids who aspire to be different. We just adore seeing vintage style weddings and beautiful brides in glamorous gems.
Today, I would like to share some of our favorite "Gatsby" style, art deco jewelry to add that special touch. Which is your favorite? See Second Summer Bride for more of our recycled pieces.

I recently wrote a blog called, The Traditional Housewife. It is about following a whole new recipe book (Pinterest board) and selling vintage aprons on Ledbelly. I'm so glad have a spacious new kitchen and get to enjoy cooking some scrumptious recipes but I am particularly thrilled to share these special vintage aprons.
Get your apron soon and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions! Moving to the Eastside has been a thrill and has affirmed my love for vintage is uncontrollable! First off, our six month anniversary is coming up and although, we highly cherish vintage garments from the 1920's to the 1940's we would like to "color our world" with more vintage jewelry. We would also like to broaden our store with vintage home products such as salt and pepper shakers, tea cups, and cabinet cards. Three months ago, I fell in love with the idea of mostly carrying vintage dresses from the Leadbelly 1930's - 40's era but moving to East Austin has given me a whole new perspective on fashion and life. The reality is that some garments from the Leadbelly times are heavy and Austin is just too darn hot! Vintage hats, decor, and jewelry is certainly suitable; therefore, we will spend the next few months focusing on these items for all types of vintage lovers. Finally, we would like to announce that we have decided to keep Ledbelly as ONLINE ONLY and now offering FREE SHIPPING in the US! Visit our Etsy store to see the most recent products. As always, you are welcome to contact me if you have any questions or would like to view something in person.
Thank you! - Melinda Ledbetter To celebrate the Ledbelly move, prices on some of my favorite dresses have been dropped. Not a day goes by without me wanting to wear one of these dresses. Which is your favorite?
*click image for shop link I am excited to introduce Second Summer Bride, an Austin bridal boutique offering designer consignment wedding gowns and accessories. I had the pleasure of visiting with the store manager and bridal consultant yesterday to show them Ledbelly vintage accessories. Needless to say, I was in awe by the amount of vintage style dresses in the store. I felt as if I was Winona Ryder dancing in Edward Scissorhand snow. I was surrounded by fabulous fabric and ravishing rhinestones that I wished to be a bride all over again!
